Shipping & Returns

Need to make a return? The Bunny’s Revenge gladly accepts returns for a refund on unused, qualifying items. Full refunds can only be offered within 14 days of customer’s receival of purchased goods. 

We do not accept exchanges. 


To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and adhere to the qualifying factors outlined in the Return Policy. 

All shipping fees are non-refundable unless product is determined to be defective.


All qualifying Returns must adhere to the following:

*Any items that have been washed, dyed, altered, or damaged will not be eligible for any refund or returns. Damages inclusive of but not limited to, perfume scent, oils from skin, make-up, lotions, creams, water damage, steam damage, iron damage, snags, rips. 

*Any orders where two (2) or more items are returned will result in a 20% restocking fee.

The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. The Bunny’s Revenge is not responsible for packages lost in transit.

After your return is approved, we will be able to offer you two options regarding shipping:

Upon your request, we would be happy to prepare a shipping label for your return. Please note that if this option if chosen, the calculated shipping cost will be deducted from the total of the refund value.

OR all shipping preparations and costs will be handled by the customer. We recommend mailing your return with tracking and insuring the package. If the package is lost or stolen, we are not responsible for reimbursement. Contact the shipping carrier for any issues you are having with the return delivery.

After your return is received and processed, a Bunny’s Revenge customer service representative will be in contact. We typically process returns within 5-7 business days from the receipt of the return package. Returns will be processed in the order received.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Shipping Policy

The Bunny’s Revenge ships orders via USPS Priority Mail. You can expect an automatic email 2-3 days after your order confirmation with tracking details.

Please contact with your order number if you need to make any changes before you receive any tracking or shipping confirmation emails. If your order has not shipped, we will do our very best to accommodate all updated requests. However, if the order has been shipped, please contact the shipping carrier for any further requests.

Most orders are typically shipped within 3 business days. Most orders have an expected arrival date of 3-5 business days after shipping date.  Tracking numbers are provided by an automated email at the time of shipment. Please contact the shipping carrier for any updates on delays, lost, or missing packages with the tracking number. The Bunny’s Revenge is not responsible for delayed, lost, or missing packages. Please file an online claim with the shipping carrier if you are experiencing any of these matters.

Lost/Stolen Packages:

Once orders are shipped, The Bunny’s Revenge Made is not responsible for lost, stolen, or mis-delivered packages. Orders placed on our website are shipped via a third-party carrier, and as such risk of loss and title for goods ordered pass onto you upon our delivery to the carrier. If you have trouble tracking down a shipment, you'll need to contact your local post office for assistance. 

If the order has been "returned back to sender" due to an insufficient or incorrect shipping address, as this was confirmed during checkout, we will send you an invoice to cover re-shipment costs. The Bunny’s Revenge Made is not responsible for any re-shipment costs.

We ask that you file a claim for any lost or missing packages with the shipping carrier.
